Zach started his first season ever of soccer and had his first game on the first day of school! With no practice and gear issued just a few days before, we wondered how this first game was going to go. All we had to do was watch Zach and we knew he was more excited to play and have fun than anything else, not to mention, he got dressed hours before the game started.
At the team meeting, all the other kids picked the numbers that Zach wanted. But he didn't realize that no one had picked the best number, #1, and that was even cooler!

Zach did have one moment, after doing a lot of running, "Mom, is the game over yet?"
Zach always has this grin on his face as he runs. That makes it all worth it!
