What We Did Before School Started Officially!

When we heard the water running outside, we naturally got suspicious of Zach. He had created his own swimming pool since there was a ban on all 5 year old children and younger swimming in the public pools. The ban came due to sicknesses contracted from swimming pool water. That didn't stop Zach, the next best thing is Weber water (who knows what kind of organisms are in there)!

Spencer and Kristi were here for a couple of weeks and we had a great visit! While they were here, the boys fell the dead Aspen tree in grandma and grandpa's front yard with dad's chainsaw. The men did their manly stuff while the children were enthralled by the manly stuff (and the loud chainsaw). We found all "the boys" on the porch watching.

Cute boys on the porch.

Spencer wanted us to take a picture of him cutting the tree.

Rob wanted to be real manly and hold the wood while it was cut.

Spencer is about to karate chop this branch!

What manly men!
We loved being there with all of you. The boys loved seeing Zach everyday. It was a real treat for all of us. Thanks for the hospitality and fun.
I love the swimming pool shots. It has cooled down quite a bit by now right?
Love you guys

Nothing like working together to build unity! It looks like a good time was had by the big boys and the little boys. And good job, Zach, for figuring out how to beat the heat even if there was a ban. Love you all.
