Yes, we are here at Lagoon again on August 24th thanks to discount passes from John and Tawnie. Zach was in absolute heaven. And unlike Stake Lagoon Day, Zach wanted to ride every adult ride he could with his allowable height. He luckily measured in at 46 inches...just tall enough for all the big rides except for Wicked and Jet Star II. He loved Dracula's Castle (unbelievably the dumbest ride ever and has not changed since I was a kid...that is about 30 years for those of you who are wondering). :)
Here we are on the warm-up rides of Dinosaur Drop and the Kontiki.
It is obvious that there is not much thrilling action on these kiddie rides, so we asked Zach if he wanted to ride some other adult rides. He was reluctant at first, but soon became addicted. The Tidal Wave was his first ever adult ride.
Here we all are ready to start the Tidal Wave ride that we had to talk Zach into...Just watch the succession of pictures and you can tell why he became addicted to the thrill of the bigger rides.
Here I am showing how the ride is really getting to me and hardly getting to Zach anymore. Love the triple chins!
Zach's ultimate favorite ride was the Wild Mouse! I was in the back and did not get a good shot of his face. But the fact that he wanted to ride it over and over was sign enough he loved it.
We then rode the old big Roller Coaster...rickety but fun.
We also rode the Sky Coaster back and forth and got these shots of the Tidal Wave and Roller Coast. Can this ride ever go continuous from start to finish without stopping at least 5 times!
The last shot of the night was in line at The Bat ride. We came upon it accidentally. It was fun but way too short of a ride. We stayed until closing and had a blast...Thanks to those who made it possible!

Sooo cute. I love the series of excitement from Zach on the tidal wave. You look like you were enjoying it as well Teresa. I'm glad all three of you could go together. And the wild mouse is the most horrible ride ever invented. I can't believe it was his favorite. He's come a long way since Disneyland. Looks like he might be ready to tackle that one again.
What an action-packed day. I loved all of the pictures of his face. We love to watch our kids reactions to things. Their faces say it all. Fun blog.
What a fun day. Zach looks like he's in heaven. Love you, Karey
